Anyways, this isn't the first time the Chechyans have done this. They took over a theater a couple years back.
I hate their sorry ass guts. Sometimes you think all is right with the world, and suddenly you think Bush has a point. IMO the Chechyans are more dangerous than Al Quaida.

In matter of capacity the Chechyans are not even close to Al Queda. Bin Laden's has billions of dollars to support his cause. The Chechyans are desperate idealists and this is one reason why the UN refused to recognize them as an independant nation. One thing these rebels should know is don't fuck with the Russians, but they still do. The thing that worries me is with a semi facist state they have a propaganda machine already in place, it could perpetuate a genocide with strong popular support. |

Well, I hate Bush and pretty much everything he stands for so that's why I don't want him to be re-elected. By the way, Most American's are dumb, not an insult, a fact. Most of these people are so stupid that if they had to take the citizenship test they'd fail. People like that are easy "marks" as they say and Bush IMO is a good Con artist. He says in his campaign that he provides good leadership. Now, does a good leader wait 2 months to attack a country who harbor's the guys who attacked your country like Bush did after September 11th. No because all the leaders can flee pretty easily in 2 months. Does a good leader have personal vendetta's against other soverign nations that have never attempted to attack an American citizen or harbor those who do. No, but Bush did with Iraq. Why? For $$, for oil. Does a leader put the safety of his citizens behind that of corporate business. No, But once again Bush did. I just hope that the American people don't listen to his words but to his actions as they speak volumes about who he really is. |

What, do you think most American's are smart. I'm not saying that all American's are dumb, in fact, some of the more intelligent people I know are American. Look at the American's on this forum, you Phunkette and Atl. All 3 of you are rather intelligent, but I also know people like my neighbor across the street from where I live and she and her entire family are a bunch of morons. I'm not saying that Canada doesn't have its fair share of idiots either, just saying that American's have more (due to higher population). Unfortunately those who are not intelligent are easily swayed and Bush is counting on that. Sorry if I offended you as that wasn't my intent. |

Murf, it's really easy to blame the US, because it's the easiest country to blame. Thanks for that line, Murf, as a group, they can be dumb, but individually, they are very smart people.
I think that there should be American troops in Chechnya if Bush really has a 'War on Terror' going. He mentioned in the 2002 Adress that terror in all forms will not be tolerated. If he holds true, they should come in and blow the place up, women and children. The women will have more terrorist babies, and the children will grow up to be terrorists.
There was no terrorist link in Iraq, which is why I was against it. But hundreds are dying every couple of years in Chechnya, by Chechnyans. If Bush has a brain in his head he'd nuke the whole place before any more Russian children are harmed or killed.
