...is the amount of time I have until I go on a camping trip with a really hot, single girl I've been wheelin' for some time now. Yes, there is a point to this thread. Does anyone think it will be possible for me to get a decent six pack in this little amount of time? Reason being is that there will be a hot tub and I wanna look impressive. I've worked out recently (I'm on a 2 month break...) and the abs are almost there. So...can I bring 'em out in a week or is it a waste of my time trying? A week is impossible. Unless you want to do crunches around the clock 24/7 and go on a no carb diet although I'm not sure if that would help at all.
Charm will help you a lot aside from the six pack. Charm can go without the six pack but the six pack HAS to include the charm.

its not doing sit ups and such, its about getting rid of the flab around your stomach. you'll have to do HARDCORE cardio.

I agree it would be impossible if you're starting from scratch, but I'm already half way there from previously working out. I also find that abs build really fast. Bump, I don't think it's gonna happen.

It might not happen, thats what I said when I went camping last time too. I know what you mean though. Chicks dig the Manly man, just chop the firewood and pop the tents (hah) and she'll be impressed. And like ILF said, it's all about the charm...

I love the crunch-o-meter. Thank you. It's a little motivation for myself, maybe I'll work harder if other people can see how many I've done.... Can you tell I like her or what?
