Guess what's just around the corner....NO, not Christmas. After Christmas- it's everyone's favourite tourney. Apparently the abundance and depth of young talent in this country has made an invitation to the big dance quite the hot ticket amongst our under 20s....as usual. www.tsn.ca/columnists/bob_mckenzie.aspThe question this year is: Will Canada be able to reclaim our dignity after last year's embarrassing loss to the US? Post your WJC predictions here.

Twice in a row we've been stopped 1st and goal on the 1.
This year, though... won't be the same.
Sucks that the Rampage won't allow Nathan Horton to play. That kid's special.

What does that first statement mean? I can't wait for the WJC this year, hopefully ESPN will show some games, prior to the Gold Medal round.

But the best in the west won't go to the camp. Why didn't they select Brule?

Isn't Brule 16?
Look for him to be there next year, MCM. A lot of good kids were overlooked.

Every team needs it's necessary grinders, PK'ers, playmakers, character guys etc. Someone said that they pick the right players, not the best players. Thats the best way of putting it in my opinion.
