I sometimes feel like I'm the only one who was slightly dissapointed with this movie. I thought the action scenes were better, Doc Ock was a better villian, and it captured Peter's life perfect, but good God did the Peter/Mary Jane romance drag on. We must have seen Spidey for only twelve minutes in the first half of the movie. I thought it focused a little too much on romance, not enough on action. Tell me I'm not the only one crazy to think this

To me, it was a great movie, but it was also a romance movie with some action sprinkled through out it.

Yeah, the whole thing where he didn't have time for her got a little old, but all in all, a very good movie. I liked the character development, even if they were overdeveloped.... Makes it easy for the next one to have more action.

Tell me I'm not the only one crazy to think this - just kidding .... I loved the icon and had to use it ;D ... I agree though ... I found the movie a little boring with all the Peter/MJ stuff ... too much romance in an action movie kinda detracts from the great stuff in the movie, of which there was plenty! Calbell ... you want to upgrade? The only upgrade for you is an XBOX

The only upgrade for you is an XBOX Hells no, the new PS2's will play my burned DVD's (mainly Spiderman 2 to stay on topic), as well, PS2 is the only system that will be getting Gran Turismo 4 later this year. I can't wait for that game.

Burnt games! Chipped PS2....I will have none of that talk here!
Mine's chipped too (Grrr, font size doesn't get any smaller than this)
And the things you didn't like about the movie RG is exactly what I was dissapointed in. The Spider-Man 2 game felt more like the movie should've. Not so much romance, and a little more action.

It was so much better than the first game.
