The guy who taught the San Shou there, George Kovacs, was my Sifu for many years before he joined with Miles. I know he didn't really look the part, but man, could that guy fight. I learned so much from him. He was a great trainer, and a great guy. But, being married with with a kid and all, I didn't think that fighting in the ring, getting my bell rung all the time was a good thing anymore. That's why I quit. The Mike Miles fighters are all good, being that they have so many fighters with titles and all that. Where do you think you are going to take up boxing? I hear there are a number of Gyms all over town, but if you wanted to stay with Miles, then I believe he has a school that teaches boxing only as well. Just a thought.

Just a thought. yeah I know what you mean about George. When I first came I wasliek "wow, hes the sifu?" but hes really good. I'm thinking about going to Impact boxing club (its right by Coyotes) my friend goes there, or Calgary Boxing Club (this one ismore closer to my house.) and I know how you say that when you have a family things change. Before you wouldn't have as much responsibility, just taking care of yourself. now you have a wife, a son or daughter to take care of, you don't really want to end up getting hurt and missing a week/month of work and not being able to get food on the table.
