housecall.trendmicro.com/It likely is a virus, I had one that restricted access to several websites. It probably infected your svchost which is a critical file in accessing the internet. Just go to this site above do a virus scan, it will pick up stuff that Norton missed. If it was the svchost, your going to have to reinstall the file and probably a few others. The answers should be on www.Microsoft.com or in Windows XP.
