I don't surf, though. I only go to a handful of sites:
Flames message board
here
nhl.com
Yahoo Sports and news
Gmail
And that's it. My brother goes to those sites and a lot more.

Erase your history, internet files, cookies, etc.
TOOLS--> INTERNET OPTIONS -->under GENERAL --> delete/clear your cookies, internet files....
