Sorry for not being football obsessed rednecks. The only tickets that weren't sold at BC Place was the top three rows, about 300 meters away from the field, behind the scoreboard. The capacity is 58 000 seats, granted, but about 5000 of those seats are in places where you can't see half the field. As for the talent pool, I'm sure the Alouettes or Lions could beat the Dolphins or Cardinals, and some good college teams, the Bulldogs or the Longhorns. Here's a little stat. There is a higher percentage of Canadians who watch the Grey Cup than Americans who watch the Superbowl. They couldn't beat any NFL team. The NFL is a lot faster than the CFL. Two things win you football games: Running the ball, and stopping the run. The CFL offense has never seen an NFL pass rush, and the CFL defense will get pounded and run over by halftime. There's a reason why Baltimore is competitive every season, and why the Rams always fall. Running the ball doesn't get style points, but it works the clock, keeps your defense on the sidelines resting, and wears down the defense and opens up the long pass play that'll tear out the heart of the opponent.

It doesn't matter. A CFL team couldn't even compare to an NFL team, no matter the rules or the field. The athletes in the NFL are far better. It doesn't boil down to rush defence/rush offence, it simply boils down to the athletes on the field, and the NFL wins in a landslide.

NFL also leads the CFL, and all other sporting leagues combined, in players with criminal records

Someone really has a problem with letting things go. That's like Nuck trolls saying Gelinas should'nt have scored against the Canucks in game 7 because he onced play for Vancouver

The difference is that Gelly played for the nucks in 1994. Ten years ago. I'm still hoping to wake up and find the last three Stamps seasons were a really bad dream.
